We don't sell to a price point — if a piece needs more material to be right, the price reflects that. We don't push lab-grown over natural or vice versa — we explain both and let you decide. We don't run perpetual sales — our prices are our prices, every day. We don't text you to upsell after a purchase — when we follow up, it's about your warranty inspection, not a new pitch. We don't take returns on custom work after final approval — we earn it during the design phase instead.
