Yes — we gently remove the stone from its original mount, inspect it for chips or inclusions, and set it in the new mount you choose. Heirloom resets are some of our most meaningful work.

Simple prong or bezel setting: 2-3 business days. Complex pavé or channel work: 5-7 days. Heirloom resets that require a new custom mount: 2-3 weeks.
